“Poor delivery and communication skills. Item was sold as in stock, ordered it on express only for it to arrive later that it would if I hadn't done express postage anyway. Didn't get reimbursed the express shipping and missed the date for a Xmas present. Wouldn't order through them again.”

“Terrible service. Guarantee shipment within 4 days. After 11 days I called to get an eta on the product ordered only to be told it was not in stock. My money was refunded but then had to try to find another supplier 5 days before Christmas. If the product is not in stock the customer should be made aware of this and not given a guaranteed shipping time that obviously can not be met”

“Happy enough on how easy this was for a Xmas present for my son in law BUT the first certificate which was to be received Xmas eve via email was not received so I had no present for Xmas morning:) so I had to chase this up with Outback Equipment upon our retun.”

“Be Ware. After paying for my toebar on the 05/012/2013 they claimed I had not payed for it, I finaly had to produce bank evidence to proove I had payed. After they finally processed my payment and sent the toebar I received the toe bar on the 28/12/2023 ( I only live about 60-70 km from the Brisbane outlet). I needed the tobar to go away for Christmas, and after getting it on the 28th, and not being able to have it fitted untill 2nd week of January it messed up my hole Christmas break.”
