“I drove to your store at Acacia Ridge to purchase the Mean Mother tyre repair kit. I was told you had none in stock but you have a person who makes trips a couple of times a week to collect orders. I was assured that I would be able to collect my purchase this week. I phoned earlier this week to check on my order only to be told it would not be in stock until 27 December. I explained the conversation I had with your sales person in store so they advised that they would check. They phoned back and advised that the run was not happening and that the product was not coming in to the store until late January. I cancelled my order and got a refund. You are still advertising this product on your web page with no mention it is not available until the end of next month. Really pathetic customer service.I doubt I will ever use your store again in the future. Totally dissatisfied.”
