“Outback Equipment is a fantastic company with competitive pricing and reliable staff who answer the phone AND follow up on queries and issues. However, unfortunately, this is partially overshadowed by a clunky and difficult-to-navigate website that is regularly not an accurate representation of what is in stock and not in stock.”

“Ordered a set of tyre Deflators, but was charged for 2. Contacted Outback to cancel / credit / get a return for 1 set. Got the run around, so went to Paypal a started a dispute / review. Outback responded that they couldn't refund the additional charge, while there was a active Paypal dispute and that if I cancelled the dispute,they would credit me. Outback never did credit or refund me!”
