“Took over two weeks for items that were “in stock” to arrive. Came part shipped so obviously they either drop ship or didn’t have stock despite the website saying they did.”

“Hopeless. Ordered Redarc tow pro, took them 3 weeks to tell me they didn't have stock. Went to my local repco shop and had it the next day. Complete joke, will never use them again. There is no shortage of this stock.”

Hi Aaron. Very sorry we were unable to get the stock on this occasion. There are times when we have stock and others don't, and visa versa. Glad to hear your local store could help you out with this. “I would rate a business not so much on being perfect but how they respond to an issue. I had a problem with the item that I purchased not fitting. Not only did Outback Equipment quickly acknowledge the issue but they sent the correct item straight away, with no hassle. I rate them very highly on customer satisfaction.”

“Bought a 12V ceiling fan, easy site to use. Surprisingly quick delivery (for Perth) Luckily it wasn't damaged but the OEM box was only wrapped in black plastic film and slightly crushed. Works fine, pretty handy for our motorhome. Very quiet.”
