“We have had our shed now for 12 months and it held up extremely well to the four seasons of Ontario. It stayed dry on the inside all winter and has weathered nicely into this summer. Service and delivery were full of great communication.”

“The garden bed was great but the watering system purchased with it was awful. After multiple hours spent trying to get it not to leak I reached out to return and they wouldn’t offer a return until we sent a video and then get on the phone with their troubleshooting team to try to fix. Any watering system that needs this amount of install time and troubleshooting shouldn’t even be sold. I wasn’t going to waste more hours of my time for this. Upon research, the tubing used is known to be terrible and leak constantly We threw it away, waste of money. I won’t buy a product from the company again because of their lack of return policy”

“I purchased a 12x8 raised garden bed and included the deer fence option. From start to finish, my experience with Outdoor Living Today was great. Their customer service was superb and every interaction was polite and customer focused. My package arrived on schedule with all parts and clear instructions. My wife and I, along with our two young kids, built the box together with minimal frustration. On the day of the build we not only built the box, but we also created positive memories. Our garden is now thriving.”

“Ute Faber was helpful and understanding. Ordering was easy, shipping took longer than I expected. There are plenty of shed choices. The price was reasonable until I received too many broken pieces and the installation cost more than USD $1,200 because the installers had to come back several times (including stain treated). I wish customers have the option to purchase pre-stained/pre-treated, including flooring.”

“We absolutely love our garden shed. From calling to confirm our order, talking to Lindsay, she was awesome, took me through the whole shipping process. And when I had a question, I talked to Ute, she was fabulous also. She took me through the delivery process. We have nothing but great things to say as they went over and beyond to help with their customer service. Love the directions for the shed, easy to read, pictures and all parts marked and what steps they went to, that was a lifesaver. I wasn't sure if my husband wanted to put it together and I had someone else on the back burner just in case but it was easy and I just can't say enough how wonderful the company and their product is. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Thank you for making a great product, easy to read instructions and having excellent employees. Thank you, Leslie and Dave Wells, Sacramento, CA USA”

“I am very pleased so far. I ordered a greenhouse kit. Everyone at OLT that I have spoken with has been wonderful! The ordering process was a breeze. The communications by the delivery companies has been flawless. The kit is well packaged and receipt of delivery was really easy. I have a skid steer so was able to unload it as one package and store until I build it. I won't be building it for another couple of months, so I'll update my review on the product itself then.”

“Great product, good instructions, free shipping. Fairly easy to put together, however definityl need 2 people to align and set up. It does NOT take four hours. Getting the ground level and having the garden level does take time.”

“We are extremely pleased with our 8x12 garden in a box with greenhouse and bird netting options. Exceptional customer service (Thanks Ute). Packaged professionally. Shipping was fast (10 days)and arrived without any damage. Excellent product. Quality manufactured. Desirable design. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and family.
