The item the delivered to me was not at all the one I ordered. I have attached two photos- one of the coat I ordered and one of the coat I got. Still an OK coat, but I ordered the one I ordered for the fur-lined interior and the hood *without* fur around it, so it was very disappointing to find that I just got scammed and was given exactly what I didn't want. The website is completely misleading.
In addition to that, there is no way to leave a product review or a review on Outdoorlook's website or Facebook page. They boast about their reviews from a site it's impossible to leave a review on, so clearly they have something to hide.
Avoid if at all possible. You'll be ripped off.”

I was told that they had decking in stock ready to be shipped out, I paid for it straight away only to find out 3 weeks latter that they never had any stock. Why lie to customers and take there money knowing that you cant deliver as promised

I called The outdoor look to find out if they had the decking in stock for immediate delivery before paying for the decking. I was assured that they had plenty.
