“I made 2 purchases within 15 minutes of each other totaling more than $200 to qualify for the free shipping Black Friday special. I immedently reached out to your customer service and asked that they be combined to qualify for the free shipping and was told no. I hope the $30 i paid in shipping was worth the cost of a customer to you as i will not purchase from your company every again as i told your customer service rep after being denied my very simple request.”

“Order placed 3 weeks ago was damaged/lost in shipping. Asked to have the order re-shipped, but customer service replied that it's not possible. Oh, and they won't process my refund until they settle their claim with UPS. No ammo, no offer to find an alternative (assuming it was out of stock) and holding up my money because of their problem (Shipping is the burden of the seller). Only providing feedback because you asked for it. At the moment, I'm not a happy customer.”
