“Very poor customer support and incompetent employees. Called in an order for 12 guage 3.5" BB and they ordered 12 guage 3.5" BBB. The customer service team was accusatory of it being my fault and at first refused to issue me a refund and correct the order. The customer service folks have no knowledge of the products they sell and it took more than 15 days for them to issue a refund. Buyers beware.”

“I was very pleased with the Troy 410 Bore Ammunition (TRY4103586 3" #6 Shot 5/8oz 25 Rounds per box) I received and overjoyed that it was labeled "Made in USA"! I am even thinking that the hulls may be reloadable...a real plus for practice loads.”
