“Incredibly disappointed to receive my order with short dated stock, use by in >12 months, and no mention of this on the product listing when I purchased. I would not have purchased the quantity I did, had I known of the short date in advance.”

I have tried contacting through various channels to let you know that there was an item missing in our order and no response was provided. I would appreciate if someone can get in touch to issue a refund or process my order. If I don't hear back I will be writing a very honest review of my experience with Oveds.”

“I looked hard to find the original formulation of PAW Osteocare Chews. I thought I found it as per picture shown on the website so I placed my order. I received the new formulation.
