“I received a call from Mike that the casket would be at the funeral home by 3/28 or 3/29 . But it was actually reced by the funeral home on 3/24 , way before the home going service. Great Job making it easier during this process.”

“Everything was lovely. I suggest a little streamlining of the ordering process, forcing you to select your region for the order. My first two choices were not available at your Newark depot and it did not flag this.”

“Overnight Caskets was wonderful to work with when placing the order for my mother's casket. My first choice was not in stock at the time of the order so the ladies gave me several different options to choose from. I actually liked their choice better than the one I had picked.The order was placed on Monday afternoon, shipped out Tuesday and was delivered Thursday as promised. Tracking information was provided the whole time. Casket was quite beautiful.”

“They called to make sure of the delivery address and review the day of delivery for clarification. It was much appreciated to help bring more peace to making arrangements. “Casket was so beautiful. More than expected. Price was almost 4k cheaper than the funeral home. The director even asked where I got it from. When you lose a loved one the last thing you should have to worry about the quality of something more affordable. This was more than expected. Great experience”

“Beautiful casket; fantastic customer service. When the casket arrived it was more beautiful than the pictures, and everyone was simply amazed at the quality of it. When I needed to call their customer support for some questions they were hands down the best customer support that I have talked to in YEARS. 1,000 times recommend over and over if anyone needs a casket.”
