“While the holidays got in the way of delivery and I had to cancel the order, their selection was awesome and when I had to cancel, they called to say it wouldn’t make it and then immediately refunded my money so that I could get a local replacement as needed. Excellent customer service, will definitely use them again if I need them.”

“We received a beautiful, great casket for one-third the regular price. Under the sad circumstances, it was an easy process. The casket arrived in one day, and the delivery driver hauled away the shipping material.”

“When my father passed away, we had to bury him in another state than where he passed and where we lived. So we didn't have a funeral home to go to immediately. The funeral home didn't have the casket pictures online but did send us a price list of Batesville caskets. So I went online to try and find pictures of the ones they carried, but could not. What I did find online was other caskets that can be delivered overnight. Turns out, that is how the funeral home does it anyhow. They order them and have them shipped overnight. The casket we ordered online was $1,300 vs. the same $4,000 Batesville casket. The funeral home tried to 'scare' us into the uncertainty of it not being delivered on time, and insisted we be there when it was delivered and opened. That was no problem. I was concerned but the personnel helping me reassured me that they would come through and they did. The casket was absolutely beautiful. It was 18 gauge stainless steel and gasketed. I would absolutely recommend using Overnight Caskets. You will get a quality product at a much better price.”

“I needed expedited shipping to make sure the casket arrived on time for my mother's funeral right after Christmas. They shipped next day and it arrived with plenty of time to spare. The only thing that might be improved is the order status info on the website (it showed order not fulfilled after the casket had shipped). At the service I finally got to see it, and it looked even better than the pictures on the website. High quality all the way. Beautiful. It received many compliments. We were very pleased. I would definitely buy from Overnight again.”

“I called on a Tuesday and spoke with Steve. I was guaranteed delivery for Thursday. In Wednesday I received a call saying my order would be delivered between 2 and 4. The pictures online did not adequately depict the delivered product. I was quite pleased when I saw the actual casket. Losing a one is not easy. Overnight Caskets was professional, fast, extremely cost efficient (saving me about $1300 from what Funeral Home wanted to charge), and exceeded all of my expectations!”

“We ordered the casket Saturday evening via phone and it arrived quickly to the funeral home by Monday afternoon. Very high quality--a $1500 casket that looks as high quality as the ones the funeral home was offering for $5,000 to $6,000. They were very helpful over the phone both times I called. Great service. Great product. I highly recommend them.”

“I rarely write a review. But this one is warranted. Even though we ordered our casket during the Thanksgiving week, it arrived directly to the mortuary 3 days ahead of the schedule. We ordered the Knight Silver with Solid White Interior- absolutely beautiful and superb quality! You guys delivered!! And not to mention we saved $2,250 over a similar looking unit at the funeral home that was not near the quality nor workmanship. THANK YOU certainly isn't enough to express our appreciation! Keep up the great service!”

“Thank you Overnight Caskets for helping to make my Father's funeral as beautiful as possible. We wanted to choose something appropriate for Dad that was reasonable financially, and we found this one on Amazon after a conflict arose with our first selection from the funeral home. Not only was this option more in line with what we wanted, but it was a higher quality casket for far less! The Casket was more impressive in person than the pictures online could communicate. Also, the staff were very professional and wonderful to work with when we called. They delivered the casket to the funeral home even earlier than predicted. What a relief to work with such a wonderful company. I would recommend this high quality option to anyone, and I already have!”
