“I had found a casket that I was interested in purchasing on a competitor site, BestPriceCaskets.com. However, when I called that company to ask a few questions and presumably place the order, I received the most astonishingly abusive customer service of my entire life!--and that when my mother had just died! I found overnightcaskets.com, and to my relief everyone was polite and professional. The casket I purchased was very elegant and I received it in an orderly fashion. The funeral was already expensive enough without having to pay the funeral home's price for a casket--so I am grateful to have purchased it at this site at a nice discount. I would definitely recommend doing business with this company.”

“There was a sudden death in my family and caskets are a very expensive part of a funeral and can typically run from $4,000 to 8 or $9,000. I checked online and found overnight caskets. The casket was very, very nice and the entire family was very pleased. We would all recommend this company to anyone. Selecting a casket is also an uncomfortable experience and being able to do this online was definitely the was to go since you can make the decision privately with your family and everyone can view the link and participate in the decision. It is also a benefit to be able to snap a picture online and then You can send it to the florist for coordinating flowers. I needed the casket next day so I paid for the overnight expedited service which includes guaranteed delivery and it arrived the next day at around noon. Overall, this was an extremely positive experience and the family was very pleased. Thank you so much!”

“Great Team and Early Delivery! I ordered a casket and marker and had an issue getting the promo code to work on the website. I called the office and they were very helpful and processed the order quickly. I chose the 3 day free delivery for the casket and they delivered it the next day! I submitted custom artwork for the marker and the art department has been great to work with.”

“I was amazed at the quality, price and turn around time from ordering to arrival. This purchase and need for our loved one's final resting place helped put us at easy. It was probably one of the easiest in the planning process. I would definitely but from OC again and have already been referring people. “We placed our order on Sunday afternoon and the casket arrived on Wednesday. we were given a tracking number Monday after chatting online and were able to follow it along to our destination.... The casket was as beautiful as pictured. We purchased the white casket with the cross....we were extremely satisfied with the quality of the casket and the arrival time.With the casket arriving one day prior to the funeral it was running close, but it did arrive. The caskets that the funeral home we're selling were nothing in comparison to this. If you're unsure just pay the extra and have two day shipping but for us the free shipping worked out well.”

“The casket for my mother arrived on time. It was absolutely beautiful. I am so glad we found Overnight Caskets because we were able to purchase a casket my mother would have loved at a fraction of the cost to what the funeral home had quoted us. With the money we saved, we were able to have a luncheon after the funeral & make a memorial contribution in my mother’s name to her favorite charity.”
