“It was easy to order online. Casket arrived as promised and had not damages, no scratches, etc. Customer service followed up with a phone call to make sure that my order was accurate and was arriving at the date I requested because of the Holiday weekend.”

“Ordered a beautiful casket for my great aunt for incredibly less than what the funeral home charged for lesser quality ones. Didn’t have a single issue. I would order from here again but hopefully that won’t be for a very long time.”

“Large selection. We ordered Jackson Cherry Veneer. It is beautiful, stately. Handles are pretty. Arrived at the funeral home in two or three days. The website says free shipping. We were charged by FedEx $163.00 because they needed to use a truck with a ‘lift’. This charge was not an issue for our family. The entire family was happy with our choice. Glad families have options when purchasing caskets.”

“Nothing but compliments on the beautiful casket, saved a bunch of money. Had a family member that bought the identical casket a few years back from a funeral home and couldn’t believe the price difference! Thanks Overnight Caskets! One very small blemish but not even noticeable.”

“Amazing casket More beautiful in person than the picture. Fast efficient service from warehouse in New Jersey to funeral home in Franklin Square, New York. Paid $150 for expedited shipping and casket arrived the next day in perfect condition. Saved over $2000 above the $5200 casket at the funeral home which was far inferior. Would have appreciated notification that the casket was delivered without having to call Overnight to verify.”

“We are very pleased with the 'White Cross' Lords Prayer Casket we ordered for mom. We called to confirm that it was available before ordering it online and the customer service representative was very helpful with that and with explaining how to order and how the delivery worked. We paid a little extra for a guaranteed delivery date but it was worth it, it did arrive on time and we still saved over two thousand dollars! The only reason for the 4 stars is the fact that it did have two flaws, but they were not deal breakers! We would definitely recommend!”

“My experience with this company was very well received if they help me along the way I received my merchandise in a timely and professional way the prices were great My experience with the company was that if I had any issues someone was there to help me along the way they kept me informed of where my package was at all times so it was a great experience dealing with them and I will deal with them again”

“I am extremely happy with the purchase, the delivery time and the customer service. I ordered a casket for my brother the Tuesday evening, I accidentally left out a digit from the address instead of typing 163 I typed 16. However I did not discover the error until that Thursday evening, by then the casket was shipped. I called customer service that Friday morning and in a state of panic was wondering what would happen. The guy assured me that they will take care of it, and the casket would arrive at the Funeral Home on Monday as promised. It was delivered as promised, I was so grateful because honestly I was getting anxiety. The casket was exactly as shown on the website.”
