“In general the service at overnight caskets is quite good,the reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 was because I was told my 1st choice of caskets was not available by the person I talked to initially and wouldn't be available in time for the funeral,but I talked to a different person a day later and they were able to locate 2 of the casket model that I wanted.Pricing was much better than mortuary prices and competitive with other online casket dealers.Overall a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend overnight caskets.Good job!!”

“This was my family's third time using Overnight Caskets. We purchased a metallic blue casket for my cousin on Monday and the funeral home took delivery of it two days later on Wednesday. The casket arrived undamaged and as beautiful as it appeared on the website.”

“Because of weather related delays in the first casket we ordered, it was impossible to get a quality casket here in time. However, we were fortunate enough to find the Overnight Casket co. Who had an even better choice in stock in a local warehouse. In a time when there was great stress and sorrow, Overnight made our problem go away.”

“Beautiful casket....excellent communication! I wish everyone knew just how easy it is to order a casket from here as opposed to selecting one at a mortuary. This one was much prettier than any of the ones my brother and I looked at from the mortuary for a third of the cost.”

“I am grateful that I found this company. The casket we purchased was beautiful, arrived on time, and saved my family well over $1,000 compared to purchasing from the mortuary. There was also a much bigger selection offered on their website. When I called to ask questions, they were friendly and helpful. I don't often write reviews, but this is the kind of purchase that I was not at all prepared to make.”

“Pros: Affordable and far more economical to purchase from Overnight Caskets than directly from the funeral home. To purchase the equivalent from the funeral home could have cost 50% of\r more than from Overnight Caskets. Ordered the casket on Wednesday and arrived at the funeral home the following Monday. Live support was available to answer questions. Tracking allows consumer to follow progress of shipping. Cons: Didn't have our first option, but we found a good alternative.”

“I was informed that the original casket I purchased was out of stock the following day so I chose this one. I was still happy with it, the casket was beautiful. I never thought I would hear myself say that. Delivery was fast.”
