“Beautiful casket and it arrived earlier than expected. Online purchase was super easy. Called to ask a question prior to purchase and customer service was very helpful. Very grateful to have found this company.”

“The price of the Casket was Great very reasonable. The Casket was delivered on time, there was no damage to the casket. The Casket was Very Beautiful, the velvet inside of the casket, the color of the Casket and all the details on the inside and outside of the Casket were very Beautiful. Me and the whole family were very happy with the Casket and Overnight Caskets. Thank You Very Much for everything. The Flores Family.”

“I had preplanned the purchase of the casket thinking my wife would live an additional two or three years but she died suddenly. I called asking to pay in full so the casket would be delivered early. Mark called and I was able to pay in full and expedite shipping. I highly recommend Overnight Caskets.”

“There was an error in my casket order. I notified overnight caskets, they researched and corrected the order immediately. The casket was then shipped overnight so that I received it on the original scheduled date. I’ve used overnight caskets in the past and the look, quality of the casket and their customer service exceeded my expectations every time. No one wants to plan a funeral and I’m grateful overnight caskets is there when the need arises.”

“Superb quality and FAST shipping! Delivery person also took special care to double check on shipping address. customer service was +A as well, answered all of my questions and helped me with delivery option. Very happy with quality of coffin.”

“Overnight caskets delivered as promised. They were very professional and helpful. However, the quality was not as good as advertised. The casket was 18 gauge but sounded more like 20 gauge when you tapped on it. Otherwise it looked beautiful just hope it withstands time.”

“Customer service and the voice of the representative were exceptional; the company did their best and accommodate my day of delivery request; representative gave me a different delivery time frame; within five minutes she called back and said her manager said delivery will be made as requested without additional delivery charge; I will use Overnight Caskets when the need arises and have and will continue to recommend the company to others; thank you for your caring and exceptional service.”

“Did not ship on time, still charged the overnight shipping cost when they said that they would not which is $100 worth of shipping costs. They also "magically" did not have the casket that was on-sale from 5k to 1.7k and then offered an alternate one that was just a couple $$$ more for the "same price" like they were doing us a favor... Edit: 3* because they did refund after I had to reach out to them.”

“They had THE casket for my mothers funeral. It arrived quick, the company sent messages and emails along the way so I’d know where it was. And to top it off…the BEST part…it was even MORE beautiful than the pictures could show. Thank you!!!”

“The first CSR I reached answered all my questions and was very kind. I was amazed that they would hold the casket up to 6 months or longer if needed. The delivery to the mortuary went very well and the day of the graveside service we were delighted at how beautiful the casket was. The blue matched her beautiful blue eyes!”

“The casket arrived damaged due to what appeared to be poor packaging. The cardboard box only covered three sides, not the bottom, and the nylon straps cut through the cardboard and scraped the finish. The funeral home tried to buff out the scrapes and we used a marker to fill in chips as best as we could. We covered areas with flowers. No time to get a replacement.”

“Large selection, great prices, reasonable shipping options. The casket I originally ordered was not available so they substituted a casket that was a little more money and didn't charge me the difference, which I thought was great customer service. Would recommend highly!”

“It was a beautiful casket and arrived in about 4 or 5 days. I ordered it for my sister while she was in hospice. Quality was great and it was well worth the price. Much less expensive than funeral home. I was told by the rep, that they have many warehouses in different states. One warehouse was in our state, but my nephew decided on a casket in a further state. Great company to use and priced well. Beautiful casket.”
