“Everything was so easy. They answered my questions, made suggestions, and had the casket (ordered Friday) delivered on Monday. There were phone messages and email notifications to let me know the status of delivery. And I saved at least $500 from using Overnight Caskets instead of buying from the funeral home.”

“Understand that overnight shipping applies to business days, not 7 days a week. We ordered the casket on Friday after 6pm so they couldn’t get it to the funeral home until Monday. The casket arrived in excellent condition and was good quality. My brothers casket was every bit as good as one purchased from the funeral home without the 100% mark up.”

“Ordered Lincoln Solid Poplar Wood Casket. It was delivered a day earlier than expected. We saved $2000 compared to what the funeral home wanted for the same type of casket and it was beautiful.”

“I was so nervous to order a casket online. I searched different websites but felt confident through online reviews that overnight casket would work out. The casket I ordered was over $3,000 cheaper then the price the funeral home charged. I was hesitant to order but Three days later the casket arrived at the funeral home. The only complaint I have is they never emailed me a tracking number. I did however email them two days after I bought it asking for one and they responded promptly saying it would arrive tomorrow, but still didn’t give me a tracking number. That definitely made me nervous but everything worked out. The casket was beautiful, had no flaws and was affordable.”

“The casket was beautiful and arrived even a day earlier than expected. My only concern is that their system of updating the status of shipping is way off. The day it was supposed to be delivered I checked the status and it still said, "Awaiting Shipping." I about had a heart attack. When I contacted the company directly they were able to inform me it had been delivered the day before and it had. But they need to update their notification system to prevent panic during a very stressful time.”

“After ordering a casket on Costco and paying for it I was called by their fulfillment company that although they deliver to Texas Costco caskets DO NOT DELIVER to south texas (San Antonio). My moms clothing had been selected & flowers coordinated with this pink Costco casket. I was thrown for a loop as the Costco casket page was misleading in their delivery. I got on the internet found this much more beautiful casket, called into their call center to make sure I was not calling China or a scammer and took a leap of faith. Everything Overnite caskets stated was spot on. Email communication & tracking was accurate. The casket was more beautiful and it was thousands less than the funeral home for the exact same features weight, steel gauge, interior, paint, seal. This casket had an added feature a secret little cylinder you add a name too. In the rare instance your cemetery floods. I was very pleased and would highly recommend. In fact, I have shared with lots of people.”

“The casket we purchased was absolutely perfect and more than half the price of those offered by the funeral home we used for my father's services. The casket was high quality and the detail of the Last Supper and Pieta were beautiful. I received excellent customer service, receiving calls once the order was received and scheduling delivery so that I could be at the funeral home to see the casket when it was delivered. I highly recommend using OvernightCaskets for their affordable product and superior customer service.”
