“I ordered 100 percent cotton sheets and you sent a &10.00 pair of polyester sheets. Please send return label as ditrexcted a month ago as your company sent the wrong sheets. I’ve called your company 5 times and no one answers the phone. I have reported the fraud in sending wrong merchandise twice to American Express as we have excellent credit and they have refunded our money since you are sending out wrong merchandise.”

“For the price very pleased. It is hard to find split bed sheets. Had purchased an expensive set and the top sheet was for twin. The bottom sheet had narrow elastic did not do well. This set had a king top sheet and the wide elastic stays much better. I will order more when needed.”

“I ordered 2 Cal King bed sheets sets and 1 King size bed sheet set. I receieved 1 Cal King bed sheetss sets and 1 king size bed sheets sets. I received 1 formated Cal King sheet, 1 King size top sheet and 2 pillow cases. I repalied with an email that stated please send what I had ordered and this is what was sent back. Hi Jack, Thank you for contacting us with your concern. Please be advised the contents that you described are the exact items that are included in the Cal King sheet set. The King flat sheet will fit your Cal King mattress perfectly! Have a great day! Warn Regards, Jacob Fields The Bed Sheet Club Mr Fields has not sent me what I orded and it looks likes Bed Sheet Club is not going to honor my order. All they have are excusses.”

“We ordered sheets from your company about a month ago. We did not have a chance to open up till today. Wow a nice thank you card inside and all the products we ordered came in a very nice cloth wrap tied in a bow. I’m impressed. “Sheets are very soft, yet a bit warm. Hubby loves the warmth...I prefer a bit cooler, but love the softness. Love the sage color! They run quite "large" and a bit bigger than what I needed, yet love the elasticized bottom sheet...easy to put on the bed with the "marker" at the bottom of the middle of the fitted sheet to know which way the sheet should go!!!”

“I do like the sheets they are very soft, but with that being said they say the sheets do not punch up underneath you they stay tight fitted on the bed, but they do not! I suffer with chronic pain all over my body my muscles, my nerves, and my joints and I cannot have anything bunched under me because it literally hurts. The sheets do not stay tight on the mattress they do become loose throughout the night and wrinkle up underneath you, which is not very comfortable at all!”
