“The sheets are as soft as expected, but haven't washed them as yet. BUT, buyer beware: I was 4 cents short of my order as I had a discount and they wouldn't give me free shipping! So I had to pay $8.95 for shipping and got a hard time when I attempted to speak via email with them on several occasions. Never again!”

“When I mistakenly order the wrong sheet set and had to return it, I was not charged for the re-shipment of the correct set....this is great customer service. The sheet set we received are of great quality and feel. Ordering like shipping was quick and easy.”
