“Sheets were a mess and ripped. Have never encountered anything like this before. Will tell everyone DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. rETURING EVEN THOUGH ITS A HASSEL AND WILL contact the credit card company. Shouldnt be in business!”

“Hate the feel of the sheets. I opened the pillowcases and was disgusted by the feel of them. I haven’t opened the carton that the sheet set came in and will probably returned them. They are awful !!!!!”

“Order no: 44427 Ordered 1800 thread count but when I received them the label read 100% microfiber plush. I would like to return them as they are not the 1800 thread count cotton as indicated on label and they make me sweat at night whereas I have never done so. Please advise how I can return them. I still have the original packaging. Thank you.”

“I was VERY unhappy when I found out that your shipping label to return my items was SOOO expensive, but worse than that, I read that there was a restocking charge??! Really??? I haven’t paid a restocking charge since I bought something off of EBay several years ago. What a rip off!! I will not be buying from this website again!!”

“The sheets are unbelievably low quality. Basically the descriptions and even the reviews were false. The return policy is so poor it’s not worth my time to return them. This was the worst online ordering experience of my life.”

“I ordered the Egyptian sheets with 1800 thread count, since Egyptian cotton sheets are high quality sheets. Alas, I received microfiber from China that is only washable in cold water! I had to open the package to read the label to determine the materials actually used (not advertised). Opened merchandise is not returnable. This is serious misrepresentation of the product, that can only be intentional. Disallowing opened packages from returns, while the product is misrepresented--that makes the issue fraud.”

“Terrible company to do business with. Won't cancel my order even tho it has not shipped. Won't refund my cc, had to open a dispute to get my money back. There is NO customer service, only communication is through email, said they were shipping the sheets anyway, and if I refused the delivery I would be charged shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee. I will never do business with them again, never.”

“The sheets are not soft and are irritating on the skin. I was unable to keep them in my bed. They would not take them back and Lost the funds and had to throw them out. I would never Order from them again and will tell everyone I know not to order from them. Very poor auto we service.”

“Bought a set of split top king sheets. They were nice at first. Had them just under a month but only recently started to use them...after the second wash all the elastic broke making them completely useless and a waste of money.”

“Purchased 1800 thread count sheets. They were expensive compared to what I usually pay, so I figured they must be nice and durable. They were PAPER THIN--I can see my hand through the sheets and the material is bunched up on parts of the hem stitching of both the flat sheet and pillowcases! These sheets are awful! What a disappointment.”

“I couldn't Egyptian cotton in the search engine and underneath that heading rolled out a bunch of sheets and none of which were Egyptian cotton as I found out after I ordered and after I called customer service they told me they didn't even carry Egyptian cotton and it was just too bad I wanted to return them I would have to pay them shipping and handling I couldn't even get a full refund. I am extremely unhappy with overstock and probably will never shop with them again ever!!”

“You didn’t respond to Friday’s email about us getting wrong sheets. Even though we ordered different ones than u placed on invoice, what you sent were not the items on invoice. I asked for a refund, you did not respond. Sheets are being given away with our opinion of overstocked.com and overstocked sheets. Would never recommend to anyone. If they receive what they didn’t order or if they don’t even like what they received you don’t care. You have our money and we have what we don’t want. Merry Christmas.”

“I purchased three sets of 1800 “Egyptian cotton sheets” However,when I received my packages it read” Egyptian comfort”This was very deceptive.Im use to Egyptian cotton and I’m so dissatisfied. At this point I do not have the time or energy to send them back so I’m just going to keep them around,but I won’t be buying ANYTHING from this company again.”
