“Ordered sheets never recieved them it took customer service 2 weeks to contact me. No resolution yet. 1800 thread sheets seem awesome and the price seems great. Do no quality until I get some sheets.”

“I want to review the sheets I bought but I’m apparently not able to. They were worth what I paid for them - that is, they’re cheap. The name “Egyptian Comfort” misled me to think they were Egyptian cotton, which they’re not. Their use of the word Egyptian is shady. I didn’t read carefully enough. They’re really thin, and because they’re synthetic, sweaty. I contacted customer support to complain, because you can’t return them if you open them, but you can’t judge their quality (i.e, touch them) without opening them. They gave me an $8 refund. And never provided me a way to review the sheets on their site. I learned my lesson.”

“Each item has flaws, flat sheet, 1 fitted sheet & both pillow cases have pulls & snags, other twin XL sheet has two small brown stains, found all this after first wash & before using. With all the snags & pulls after 1 wash, I am sure the sheet set will be ready for the trash after the 3rd wash, not to mention the 2 stains. I think OVERSTOCK SHEER CLUB my be selling 2nds. All 5 items in set had some flaw, small stains, pulls & snags, NOT 1st QUILTY sheets.”

“the sheets feel nice. However I also bought pillows and they were very small. Today I took cases off pillows and zipper on one pillow was open and will not zip properly. Kind of feel like my money was wasted on pillos”

“I wasn’t expecting the sheets to be so thin. I wanted to return them due to how thin they were but the penalty for return was so much that I just decided to keep them. I’ve used one set and while they are soft, I just can’t get over the thinness is them.”

“Great price. Nice feeling fabric. 1st time putting them on bed elastic band around bottom edge broke. Now you have to use sheet suspenders on edges to hold it on the mattress.”

“I ordered a set of sheets that were labeled "King/California King". In hindsight, I should have known that those two mattresses are very different sizes, and that one size would not fit both. However, since the price was so good, I took a chance. However, the fitted sheet does not fit at all. On two corners, the sheet doesn't hit the actual corner of the mattress, so the fabric just hangs. The sheet didn't come over during sleep, however, it doesn't lie properly and looks bunched up when the bed is made. I am disappointed that they are selling this particular set as if it will fit both size mattresses.”

“The website is deceptive in its use of terms such as, “high thread count” and “Egyptian” material. For those who are looking for Egyptian cotton sheets with high thread count, this is not the place. These products are generally overpriced synthetic fiber “comfort” materials which are practically translucent with poor quality stitching. I order a set thinking I was getting quality at a great price. Think again. Like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. I will say that the customer service was very understanding and explained more about the product and ultimately refunded my money. That was at least worth the rating I gave them.”

“Sheets are not the high quality they say they are 1800 thread count ...i think not my 1000 tc sheets from seats are waaaayyyy better and thicker and softer on the other hand great price fast shipping so u get what u pay for”
