“My recent purchase arrived and I noticed it was the wrong size. It was an order input error on my part. Support staff provided me instructions for an exchange and I am awaiting the new shipment. They provided great customer service and they were very willing to work with me to correct my mistake.”

“The website is deceptive in its use of terms such as, “high thread count” and “Egyptian” material. For those who are looking for Egyptian cotton sheets with high thread count, this is not the place. These products are generally overpriced synthetic fiber “comfort” materials which are practically translucent with poor quality stitching. I order a set thinking I was getting quality at a great price. Think again. Like the old saying goes, you get what you pay for. I will say that the customer service was very understanding and explained more about the product and ultimately refunded my money. That was at least worth the rating I gave them.”

“Fantastic prices! We love the sheet sets... so soft and silky. Quality seems good too. Comes with care and washing instructions so hopefully they will last and wear well.
