“I was disappointed into things: the top sheet in the fitted sheet didn't match perfectly, and the color was more olive green than the forest green advertised in the picture. Otherwise, the softness of the sheets was very good.”

“Ordered on 2/20 and still hasn't shipped. Just says "unfulfilled". Even though it originally said 3-8 business days. I haven't read anywhere that shipping was behind due to pandemic...”

“I had such high hopes for these 600 count organic sheets! But I just hate them. They are not soft at all. The note says they reach optimal softness after 10 washings and I really hope that is true. So far I've washed the 4 times with baking soda and vinegar and am soaking them in Borax overnight. I ended up sleeping in the guest room the first night, I found them so stiff and rough. I'm hoping my methods for softening work, but won't recommend.”

“I bought the King split sheets. The fitted sheets were very large. An area of the stitching on the elastic did not completely catch the underturned material, thus the elastic was exposed. Also the pillow cases were sewn crooked. Are these sheets seconds? No chance in returning them, had to open the package to see this. Luckily I can sew and somewhat fix them. Very disappointed!”

“I ordered split top king sheets. Purchased before we received the mattress, which was a mistake. Took them out 1 week past the fourteen day return policy (even though return policy says sheets cant be opened). The elastic was broken inside the fitted sheet and would not stay in bed. I cannot exchange. Hard lesson learned. I won’t purchase again. Will order from A company that lets you return defected items.”

“These sheets were not the sheets that they advertised online they said they were a tough cut sheet these idiots sent me two fitted sheets I would not buy from this company then they got a policy where if you open up the package you can’t send it back they’ll give you a credit of $15 this is not a good company don’t buy sheets from them”

“it took over a month to get my order then you send me another order the same that I never wanted..........now I cant contact you by phone..........sounds quite shady to me ....I hope its worth the 99 dollars to youtonight im going on twitter and facebook to warn people of your crooked company...I mean crooked companies.i wish I could give you a zero”

“I purchased sheets. I thought I ordered them from overstock.com. Tried to contact the company many times. Finally found out they were actually sent from another company overstock sheet club and I contacted them and was told they they weren’t returnable as its been over 14 days. What a rip off! The recording even stated due to covid customer service is delayed by days. I highly advise that you pick another company to do business with.”

“I ordered these sheets in mid-March 2020. It is now almost mid-August 2020 and the sheets have ripped where the split top meets the rest of the bed. That’s only 5 months of use. I can’t remember the exact price I paid, but I’m guessing it’s about $10/month. I’ll look elsewhere next time, which I suppose is now...”

“I admit that I didn't look to see if the fabric was all cotton before I bought these sheets. My mistake. I was seduced by the "1800 thread count" and made the rash assumption that it was all cotton. The sheets are some kind of "micro fiber." They are cheaply made, and the fiber catches on my cotton pajamas. They are hot and do not breathe. Plus the colors are not as represented; they are ugly as sin. I made the mistake of washing them before using, so I cannot return them. I will be donating them, although not in good conscience, because i don't think anyone will enjoy these.”
