“The sheets are fine. It was the service that we have issue with. The sheets were ordered on 4/14. Delivery was promised by 4/21. We bought our bed to be delivered on 4/23. Due to a warehouse mistake, sheets weren’t delivered until 4/25. We had 2 nights without a bed and they only offered $5 off our order for our inconvenience. Really?!?”

“First of all, the service was great. Secondly, the packaging was far better than expected. Last but not least, I've slept on one of your competitor's sheets (Boll & Branch) on more than one occasion, and honestly, your product is far superior at a third of the price. Could not be more pleased.”

“I was impressed with the order process, quick delivery, the packaging was nice, and the sheets are reasonably priced and have a great feel to them with a high thread count. I also love the color selections. This is my 2nd time purchasing sheets as we just got a King bed, so now I will purchase queen and king sheets.”
