“I was very pleased with the customer rep that returned my call concerning my order that was wrong. I had ordered the wrong sheet sets for my split king bed. He explained, what I needed to do to return them and to reorder the correct sheets. I received another call when you received the wrong sheetsets and my order, the rep advised me the white sheets I ordered wasn’t available and would I wait for a couple of weeks to receive them or choose another color which I did decide on another color. I haven’t slept on them yet but appear to be of good quality. Thank you for the concern of your customers.”

“Very soft and comfy sheet set.It is always nice to get an extra pillowcase, however, with the King sized, but this had two. Overall, great quality for the price.”

“The construction of the sheets were a little cheaply made and the stripes on the pillow cases don't match. One pillow case is dark blue grey and the other is light silver grey. The fabric is soft and the color is nice.”

“I was really excited to get my 1200 thread count cotton sheets. But they are not cotton, but plush microfiber. Although very soft I will wait to see how they wear and feel as time goes.”

“The Sheets feel great - nice and soft and they seem to keep you cool. The only thing I would say could use some improvement would be the pockets could be just a tad deeper to securely fit over mattress and a Memory foam pad (if you have one) and the colors / color choices could be better. The Taupe is more light brown. I would also prefer a light grey (or greige) color instead of silver. Otherwise they’re great!!”

“I ordered all Cal Kong’s and only got one. Customer support wouldn’t help me to switch them and idk what happened. I pressed all the same thing just different colors. I just want my cal Kong’s cuz the kings don’t fit.”
