“I ordered 2 sets of twin sheets in Cream and received my order today to discover you only sent 1 set of sheets. I've already sent your company an email about it. I'm a brand new customer & this was my 1st order & I am truly disappointed that the order wasn't filled properly. When can I expect the 2nd set of sheets I've already paid for$ I paid $89.00 for 2 sets. My order # is 14640.”

“The sheets are poor quality. They cheated on refund (No hassle refund policy is baloney). Open one set of sheets, never used them only exam the sheet period. These folks did not refund because I opened the pkg. Do not buy from these people. How do they expect anyone to exam the product leave it in the pkg. Paid $119.99 for three sets, they refunded $80.00 and have all three sets back. Also had to pay $17.05 to return these sheets. Cost me $57..05 for nothing. Stay away from these crooks. This is a scam, there is nothing on the site on in the package that says one cannot open the product. Had this been on the web site that says one cannot inspect the product then I would have not purchase from them (who would). Stick with Amazon or a reliable outfit when you purchase online (mark these people in your do not do business with them or Overstock.com). 14 DAYS HASSLE FREE RETURN (Not true) If you open the package you get no refund. Their story is that it is the law that they cannot take back the sheets if it package was opened. In other words you cannot feel the sheet or exam the sheet for quality of material and workmanship. These are poor quality and poor workmanship. I certainly will never do any business with Overstock.com or anything associated with them. Beware of buying sheets from these people.”

“I ordered two sets of California King Sheets. I waited until I had used them and laundered them to see how they would come out. The sheets fit perfectly. The elastic along the fitted sheet is wider than the norm and much nicer. They washed up beautifully! I am pleased 100% with this purchase and its quality.”

“I love the sheets--they feel like heaven. However, the color is a huge disappointment as I expected a royal purple, not a dark maroon. The picture on your web site was of the former definitely not the latter. I never would have ordered the dark maroon....”

“For 1800 count you would expect "silk" like quality feel, I didn't get that "feel" at all. I'll shop elsewhere for 1800 count, I guess you get what you pay for. Lesson Learned.”
