I should have had my gas and electric meters in on the 30 th of may my electric meter was done but as for my gas it took from the 30 th of may to the 6 th of October to put in my gas meter and in that time I’ve. Had 6 engineers here to sort it out so it was 6 months , it the werst company I’ve ever dealt with I’ve never had eny trouble with sse ,plus i had100 pound credit in my gas at the time so I hope they will put that back into my gas for their cock ups

Why has my account not accessible online.my payments come out at end of month.but on my bank account it's not showing a withdrawal for end of this month.i know I'm well in advance of payments .maybe there going to put the excess back in my bank.

They have nowpassed my account to Debt Collectors
This goes Back to April 22 when I was swopped from SSE should have been a credit balance not debit balance
They cannot add up that’s for sure!
I'm transferred from sse to this outfit.still owe me money so I suppose I can say goodbye to that.ive canceled my direct debit to sse.im asking ovo to send me bills which I'll pay for by postal order better still will try for another fuel provider.theyve tried to make me get a smart meter.which after seven phone calls they won't install.thahk God.
I’ve been transferred over to Ovo from SSE my balance on being transferred was £425.47p credit on my 1st account they have taken
£259. 67 in adjustments and £66.00 in Energy support scheme,leaving my C/F balance £268.10. That means for 12Sept -10th Oct Ovo has taken £398.66p.
How can this be legal??
I should add I’m a pensioner and live alone.
