My name is James Pittman. I’ve been calling you guys since I’ve put in my claim for refund April and 13th. I have not received my refund you are giving me around month will be October you keep telling me 45 days. Seems like it’s gonna be 45 months.
I took my car to the shop because my AC went out the mechanic called the the number provided and emailed the invoice we waited for an hour and no one answered I ended up paying 221.00 dollars.I was told it could take up to 24 to 48 hours to get approved.Well it's been over two weeks since I heard anything.Ox car care is a scam keep your money now they play a game of putting me on hold and never answer the call I just want to cancel my policy how go I do that??
I purchased a warranty canceled it the next day. Over a month later I received a phone call and asked to be put on a do not call list. The next morning I was charged a $75 down payment for a $5,500 policy after asking to be left alone. How can I stop them from charging my card? Or how can o take legal action to sue these POSs
Depends how long you have had it, if less than 30 days call customer service and they help right then. If after 30 days, have to send in cancel letter per the administrator.
