They never deliver to home address even on days I’m home all day but have parcels delivered to post office instead and send emails to have it picked up there with a short pick up due date and limited working hours being open ( can never get to delivery if you work full time) I dread each time I order Oxford products, as the products won’t get to me unless I make special effort to leave work to pick up which is very difficult. This happens all the time including recent orders. I ordered from other merchants, no problems as the parcels get delivered and if not home left in safe place. It is a house not a unit or apartment.”
