Then I got an email inviting me to ‘update’ my ‘review’.
I’m not happy that a pop up that asked for feedback on a website page has generated a ‘review’. In my case it’s out of context - I was genuinely commenting on the sheer functionality of the page.
My feedback was not intended for publication or guidance of others so don’t ask me to update it because you got less that 5 stars. It was feedback for your web design team from a customer perspective; take it or leave it. Couldn’t care less, but I’d probably impulse buy more if the site didn’t waste my time.”
“After 11 days from date of order there was zero communication or tracking provided. Eventually I initiated contact to enquire about order where the order was immediately put together and received information that order was shipped. Given the order was $800 worth this was a disappointing experience given the current retail environment. I will unlikely order again”

“Coat bunches on my nape and consequently puckers in the shoulders. Neckline should be set further back for people who have a normal/upright neck. It is as though the coat was made for a hunchback or someone with a widow’s peak. I was going to order the same coat in camel colour but this defect has put me off.
