“On-line experience is pretty good except there were a few hiccups putting some items into the shopping cart - on pushing the 'buy' button it did not transfer to the shopping cart until needed to totally start again / refresh the site. This happened also around a year ago. Not major but not as smooth as could be

“Once again, another quality purchase from Oxford. I was having a hard time finding some winter clothes in nz for my upcoming overseas trip and Oxford has just the thing I needed. I will definitely be taking my bew top with me to sweden and england as well as a coat and dress I have purchased from here previously. The good quality, good prices and fast shipping are all reasons why I continue to shop at Oxford and recommend it to family and friends. My 2 suggestions to make your service even better would be 1. Free returns- I have returned something once and it was a bit of a hassle so makes me more cautious when buying and 2.
