I would like to express my disappointment with your products as not only 1, but 3 of your pants were distressed with less than 6 months of irregular usage.
Initially, I was a fan of Oxford brand as I truly love the simplicity, design, and convenience in purchasing the suits’ product line up. It was shown on my repeat order if you could trace the system. However, I would suggest the company to increase the quality of the product as it is extremely dreadful and unreliable.
Despite trying different sizes of the pants, it didn’t change the fact that it was an utterly low quality and therefore, I demand a complimentary repair service to fix the issue (as attached).
