Terrible customer service purchased some items for my daughter, all too small not true size. I asked to exchange, and they said no as it was just over the returns deadline, rude customer services not happy to help, used to purchase regular but will never use again.

The package got lost in the mail, but then finally arrived 1 week later. Awful customer service, you have to contact them directly through chat or email to return the order. It took me more than 1 hour to receive the shipping label from them + returns are not free, $6 will be deducted from your return. I don’t know how is it possible in 2021. Will never use them again.

Wesbite states that you will recieve a next day delivery. When i called to ask why my product has still not been shippeed i was told the shipping is standard and will take 4-6 working days. Apparently its an error on their website but under shipping and returns it clearly states shipping will be next day. The customer service team said there is nothing they can do and when i asked for a refund this was deneyed.

Really bad returns process. I had two pairs of pants in different colours but the same style and one was sewn incorrectly so the waistband didn't stretch. I wanted to be sent a replacement pair that was not faulty but found the online chat time consuming (over half an hour) and a little rude to be honest.
