“I had some issues with my oyster card and was very upset about that for which I had to call TfLas it takes ages to connect to them in the first place then they say they will sort out your issues but nothing happens but today for a change I spoke with a very polite gentleman named Stuart around 8:30 he looked very promising and I hope as he had promised my queries will be solved today :)”
“Waited ages till someone answered, got a penalty ticket for ULEZ charge in London. Told them My car is ULEZ compliant. Still had to send documents to them to prove it. Wonder how many others had to go though the same process as me? Not happy with them. “I bought a ULEZ compliant Mini in September to replace my diesel Mini due to being very close to the expanded ULEZ Zone. The new vehicle details including the transfer of a private plate have been correctly updated by DVLA but the TFL site still only features the old car which is not compliant (and with the reg which was transferred). This means that from next Monday 25th Oct, I'll be paying the ULEZ fee for a compliant car. I've spoken to three people at TFL who couldn't help and was then recommended to email my complaint which bounces back because I was told it's too busy. It's a complete shambles....”
“I will be writing as many reviews for the disgraceful TFL as i can find. something needs to be done against this company. my partner frequently travels by car to London for business meetings and as such, pays her congestion charge on the very same day, no exceptions. However, we are now in the process of taking TFL to court over the fact that we have documented proof we had paid a congestion charge on the VERY same day, from their automated text message line and also via the bank transaction shown the same day. They have now sent this matter to the Bailiffs, even though we have shown them proof this has been paid. their response was, we cant search through our automated system and cant find that receipt number. TFL are a sigrace for a London company.”
“I can say that baby style for buying new parts for my little girls buggy, where amazing, so pleasant & helpful on the phone as I needed 2 new wheels they promised delivery within few days & I was surprised to receive my new wheels 3 days later with a note inside stating that they did not have my chrome wheels in stock so they had just went ahead & sent me the mirror style but so my buggy would not look silly or out of place they had enclosed the 4 wheels for my oyster buggy & I was still only charged for my 2 wheels I had ordered also an appolagetic letter enclosed, I can honestly say was best customer service I have received in a long time, thank u baby style xx”
