“The new band for my Fitbit Charge 4 looks almost exactly like the original and fits perfectly onto the watch. It arrived quickly by Australia Post and it has been a very smooth transaction and delivery. Thanks OzStraps”

“The strap was of good quality, however, it was hard to fit on the Watch. I had to take it to Mr Minit and pay $9.95 to get it fitted. This effectively makes the strap pricier than what you pay when you buy it - but still cheaper than purchase from the Fitbit official store.”

“I was sent the wrong colour for one of the bands I ordered. Emailed Oz straps, had a response within the hour and it was sorted by the end of the day! Excellent customer service!!! All bands I ordered fit the various devices.”
