“The worst delivery company in the world. Literally. They lie about delivery attempts. They give a delivery window of 9:00am to 10:00pm and even when they do turn up, they don’t get out of the van. They send an email lying about having tried to deliver. I saw the guy do it. I had to bang on the side of the van to stop him driving off”

With clear flat number, building name, street number and poat code. You either have to be extremely thick not be able to find this address, or they just don't care l and didn't even try to make the delivery...”
“My package was obviously delivered to wrong address. Tracking says delivered but I did not receive it. Pack say as far as they are concerned it was delivered and accept no responsibility. I have no trust in this company. Beware.

The "chat" facility on the website is a list of FAQs. Automated response from email contact. Not heard anything since. Will be writing to amazon asking for an explanation about why they still use this company.”

“Yesterday 6 january I was waiting for a delivery within a range of time 10am-10pm. I've been home all day, At 16.42 they buzzed my apt, I was casually close to the interphone so I picked up immediately, I said "hello?" Nobody replied back and in 5 seconds I received a text msg saying that unfortunately nobody was home so they will attend the delivery tomorrow! All happened in less than a minute! My order was from Amazon and I'm a prime member that means I pay every month for a good service! Paack delivery driver on purpose choosed to not leave my order even if I was home and I replied to their call! I immediately contacted amazon and paack customer service and all I received is a "don't worry they will attend tomorrow from 10 am to 10pm" what??? I planned the delivery on the 6th cause I was home all day, now I need to stay home all day also on the 7th because their driver was an incompetent acting with laziness and negligence???? Really disappointed from amazon and paack!!! Next time I will see anything like that I will cancel my order straight away and I will unsubscribe from amazon prime and I will never buy anything that will use paack company as a delivery choice!!!”
“Horrendous service. Twice now I received an email claiming they delivered my parcel. Both times I was at home and did not receive any delivery. Starting to feel this is a scam…The picture they sent as a proof of delivery shows them delivering my parcel to a man (I’m a woman) but it’s dark so you can’t tell if it’s my parcel.”

Messages are sent that the address is incorrect or that you were not at home while you were at home for the day. Their chat operators suck and lie even worse. It's a pity that companies choose Paack's service.”

“My parcel was left outside in front of the door in central London, so no surprise it was stolen by the time I got home. It's careless when they could so easily have at least hidden it round the corner, left a note or left it with a neighbour. If you leave a parcel outside someone's house it also leaves a clear indication that no one is in for any other opportunists. I had to argue my case with Zara that I didn't have the parcel to get my money back, this caused a lot of stress and now the item's out of stock so Paack has completely wasted my time. They finally sent me the pick below to show it was delivered which is even more frustrating to see exactly how they left it and think that's acceptable to not even check someone is in!”
