"One star for Paack is a lot. Totally incompetent company. The parcel nr. 600566490 has been on its way for two weeks and I still don't have it, today I found out that this company delivered it and returned it to the sender. They have a non-functioning parcel tracking system, they do not send any delivery date notification. They don't even call, they don't send an email. One delivery attempt, no notification in the mailbox, and if you're not at home, they immediately return the package to the sender, even if it's from out of state. Terrible communication. Worst carrier I've ever come across."

"I ordered 2 items from mediamarkt and paack was responsible for delivering it. when i received the big box, i realize that one item was missing with 'delivered' status in the webpage of mediamarkt. After some time I realized that they opened the box from the bottom and closed again with their tape and stole one item from the box. I had several issues about receiving items from paack but this was the worst"
