“Customer service was incredible especially noting my purchase was during the holidays. The item was delayed, however Pactimo Resent an another similar item along with a 25.00 dollar coupon. It all arrived before Christmas. The were impressively caring.”

“I ordered two products, on came several weeks after order. The other never came and I had to reach out to them to find out the product was no longer available even though I had paid for the product almost 6 weeks previous. The product I received was fine, good quality and I am satisfied with it, but he commercial processes are abismal at this company.”

“I live in Colorado and we get some crazy weather cold, hot, rain, hail, snow all in the same day sometimes (not kidding) Pactimo is putting out quality products that are functional, perform well and the sport in mind. Very reasonably priced for what you get and I love they are not pretentious! Just good gear.”

“I have 2 Pactimo jackets, Storm (wet) and Alpine (dry - wearing in photo), size L. They both function very well. The quality is high. These are now my go to jackets for cold weather. The Alpine is very breathable which helps keep the sweat build up to a minimum. I also have a pair of Storm thermal bibs, size L. Again, high quality. These are comfortable down to temps. around 35deg. I also have a couple skull caps that again are high quality, have the right amount of coverage and are very warm. I'm 5'-8" for size reference.”

“Great products and great service. The sizing has been a bit tough to figure out because cycling clothing requires a very particular fit. I'm still not 100% sure I'm wearing the best fitting bib shorts, but they seem to work. Customer service has been great for exchanges to find the right size. Products are a step up from the big brand clothing I had been wearing. I especially love the Storm+ series for riding in cold wet weather, and I like that items are shared across a series. However, sometimes I find that Pactimo will have multiple similar products and it's unclear the difference, like rain jackets.”
