“I have bought 6 pacvac vacuum machines in the past two years, it's good for our business, we like this machine, but we some machines were wrong only have been used several months, so I have to buy a new one, I don't know where and how to warranty.”

“I am so impressed with my Pacvac experience and my Thrift backpack vacuum. Having purchased one of the cheapest backpack models to just clean my home, I was a bit worried. However, the package arrived quickly and the machine works very well. The suction is good, the machine is not too loud, the long cable means I can do the whole townhouse without unplugging and the backpack itself is very comfortable. Highly recommend!”

Our records indicate your order was delivered in 12 business days, which is not unusual for shipment to remote areas and dangerous goods handling (due to your order containing batteries). “I ordered and paid for four Superpro 700s on 13/9/23. Only three arrived. I have phoned a number of times to sort this out with no success. The first couple of calls I was informed they would look into it and call back. I phoned again 11/10/23 and was told the expected delivery was 12/10/23, but still no vacuum. 16/10/23 was told they would look into it again. I have not heard from Provac Pty Ltd once. Today I will call again, failing that I will have to take further action. Such a waste of time and money.”
