“I guess you could say that I am a little disappointed by the fact , that I have had to replace the hose on my so called "commercial vacuum cleaner" already. It is only ever used for residential purpose, not commercial. Number of residents in house = 1 x adult + 1 x cat. Not what I would consider to be an extreme workload for a so-called commercial graded vacuum. Really disappointed by this. Next time I will save my money and go to Mitre 10 and buy some glue to re-glue where the hose came apart from the fitting to the cleaner. Most likley a significant design fault in the product constrcution.”

“From first use, the wheels on the vacuum head have squeaked extremely loudly while using it. This is especially a problem in the commercial setting it's used in. The noise makes me cringe every time, it's the equivalent of someone cramping their fingernails on a blackboard. I'm embarassed to use it in front of guests at our hotel. A bit more attention to detail with quality control needed by the manufacturer.”

“The product is not what i wanted. Description does not match product. Its too SHORT for my vacuum cleaner. I have not sent it back because it does not make economical sense to send it back. Feel free to call me on 0468895660 to discuss further. Many thanks”
