“Extremely poor customer service, bought a dining table and opened after a month due to renovations, the table was chipped and when speaking to Pagazzi staff, i was told to email and send pictures, a couple days later we got in touch to find out they offered £50 back and that was all, we asked for a full refund due to the price we had paid and we was not satisfied with the durability of the dining table, the staff member was extremely rude and refused to give her name. For the money I spent i would expect quality in both productivity and customer relations.”
