“The pads stop sticking after one use. If I wet them they stick if I secure them with an elastic band for example. Plus I do not feel anything in many parts of the pad.
I feel next to anything from the gloves.
The battery last a good long time and recharges quickly.
The belt provided to wrap the around your waist is not very useful unless it fits exactly as it is not adjustable.”

“I have had the pain pod for about 3 months now and absolutely love it. I suffer with knee and lower back problems and absolutely love it. I ge really only need to put it on for 10 minutes. I love the fact that I can pop the pads on and pop the pod in my pocket and continue on with what I'm doing. I was a little hesitant on spending the money but it's so worth it. “Pain pod 3 is the way to go as it has 4 pads to target the painful spots on your back for example. I wear it whilst shopping or whenever I am out and about cleaning the house, gardening, driving around. The massage movements is so good makes the pain just disappear. I cannot express enough, well in short it’s having a back massage whilst you are working or bending etc..

“Hello there, From my previous purchase with pain pod, the product/item that I am not satisfied with this the shoulder wrap garnment. I also reached out to Trish to enquire if i could exchange this item for another pain pod item for the same value. I have only used it once to experience it, but it wasn't getting the same pain relief as I am receiving by using the individual pain pod pads the large rectangle ones and the hand like pads. These individual pads and the knee wrap are the 2 items that I use most frequently as these items work the best for me and that I am so grateful that I have for pain relief without having to use any medications.”

I've just check through our communication and cannot see we had heard directly from you regarding your concerns. If you had reached out to Tricia expecting us to reply, she unfortunately did not pass this information on to us and does not work directly with us, she is an authorised distributor who purchases products to sell at shows so does not have any access to purchases you have made through our website. I'm sorry to hear you are not enjoying the Shoulder Wrap as much as you enjoy the Knee Wrap. They do work in a similar fashion ie it simply allows the device it is attached to, to transmit the treatment modes onto and through the skin.
As you are not happy with the Shoulder Wrap you are welcome to return the product and we can arrange a refund or exchange.

If you would like to try some trouble shooting before returning it we would recommend using a conductor spray (water can be tried) on the pad areas you connect your electrodes to, as this will help make the sensation smoother and more comfortable, similar to using gel pads.
I'm glad you are finding relief from your PainPod device and are not having to use medications. Maybe one day you would consider changing your company review from one star as we are a small local business and do rely on review ratings to let people know what they can expect from dealing with our company.

“I have used a TEN's machine for 6 years for chronic pain. The PainPod is my second machine. It works as well as my previous machine and does what it is advertised to do. I was disappointed that it didn't include the waist bag and cover considering how much it cost. Once it arrived and I had set it up I had no where to attach the machine while I was mobile. It would have been useful to have a clip on a cover to be able to attach to a belt / waistband. A small zip up bag would been a useful addition for storing the machine when not in use.”
Hi Anon, thank you for your postive review and suggestions. Ideally we would love for all of what you have said to be standard but we find it is better to be able to customise to the individual so that they can get exactly what they need rather than putting extra in that may not be needed by everyone.
