Hi Kim, thank you for taking the time to write a review. Unfortunately because you selected the "No Tracking " option for your shipping we have no way of being able to find out where your order is. Generally with AUSPOST the "No Tracking" option will take roughly between 8-15 working days to arrive and today is the 6th working day since we have sent out your order. I would anticipate that it should arrive between mid this week to late next week.
I do hope your order does arrive sooner than later.

Using the gloves the tingle has varied tremendously, each time I have used it, from good stimulation on right but next to no sensation on the left hand when on same setting. I tried the small pads on my thumb yesterday which seemed to work well.”
Hi, thank you for your review. It may take some time for your body to adjust to the sensation. I would also recommend using some moisturizer on your hands before using the gloves.
“I love the pain pod mi. It has helped lots with my nerve pain. My only fault is that the pads are not great at staying stuck down with humidity in Queensland at the moment. After 10 minutes brand new pads are falling off. I have to use physio tape to stick them down:”
