I've checked your order and can see you received a substantial product discount through a marketing promotion offered by our resellers that is specifically for online orders and the fact that there would be P&H costs to claim the promotion were very clear in the terms and conditions on the discount card you would have received. You are more than welcome to make general purchases in store to avoid shipping costs.

Our customer support has already reached out to one of our distributors but would you mind emailing us back and letting us know the show you purchased from in case it was a different team.
