“We love our pain pod and use it every day on various parts of our body. My wife uses the foot pads every morning while she goes through her emails on the computer.
The paches are very good as you can use them where ever you want. I found the shoulder pad very usefull as my shoulder is sore, I also use my back belt as I have a lot of pain there too.”

Thank you for the feedback about our product working well, however I am curious as to why you have given us a negative review if that is the case, as 2 out of 5 stars is generally seen as negative? I believe it may be due to your experience with your health fund.
In regards to your comments about BUPA, you don't have to be a registered company with BUPA to purchase our products - I hope BUPA didn't give you this information as it is not correct - anyone can purchase our products whether or not they are registered with BUPA.
We have received feedback from customers that their claims with BUPA are sometimes not allowed because the reseller has not been allowed to register with BUPA for a provide number due to their business model and being a small business. BUPA is the only health fund we have come across that puts this restriction on their customers ability to make a claim, by dictating who they can and cannot purchase from to be "allowed" to claim their medical device purchase rebate.
We do have a BUPA provider number that is noted on the Health Funds page on our website.
If your health fund has put restrictions on a claim for a medical device you have purchased and you do not agree with it, we would suggest you contact them direct to complain or possibly ACCC to find out if they can assist.
I hope this is helpful and you might reconsider your rating based on your experience with our products and not the experience from your health fund if that is why we only received 2 stars.

“I am 69 this month have suffered from lower back pain(arthritis in L1234and5 with bulging discs) and sciatica for over 20 years and purchased your tens machine product about 10 years ago on a whim . I no longer suffer from severe back pain or sciatica and I often loan my machine to other people with pain. I mainly use it on my neck and knees now with great results. I recently loaned it to an 89 year old man who loved it and I had trouble getting it back off him! 😂😂”

“A sceptic until I tried it at a pop up. Then a bought a Pain Pod 3 and have used it daily for the last month for tennis elbow, arthritic shoulders and neck. In a word... Brilliant.
