“Great product. Best Tens machine by far.
Main issue is the power cords become faulty very quickly (within 4-6 weeks approx)
Also the Pads don’t last as long as I would like.”

“Great for easing muscular pain and discomfort. Instructions are a little vague but you get the hang of what you need to do for your particular situation quick enough. Not much relief for my arthritis unfortunately but I would still recommend this product.”

“I have used a TEN's machine for 6 years for chronic pain. The PainPod is my second machine. It works as well as my previous machine and does what it is advertised to do. I was disappointed that it didn't include the waist bag and cover considering how much it cost. Once it arrived and I had set it up I had no where to attach the machine while I was mobile. It would have been useful to have a clip on a cover to be able to attach to a belt / waistband. A small zip up bag would been a useful addition for storing the machine when not in use.”
Hi Anon, thank you for your postive review and suggestions. Ideally we would love for all of what you have said to be standard but we find it is better to be able to customise to the individual so that they can get exactly what they need rather than putting extra in that may not be needed by everyone.

“Shipping was fast and purchase was hassle free. I have been using the machine daily and the battery lasts a long time. Currently struggling with a herniated disc and the nerve pain has been unreal, I can't say that the pain has disappeared as it is always present but the painpod has helped in directing my focus and making the day somewhat bearable.”
“Received the starter kit and foot pads on 10 Jan 24. Previously when walking I suffered from pain in my foot in the ankle area which cut short my walks. Since using the pain pod twice daily, I am now capable of completing my walk. Also bought the Silicone cover to reduce the issue of breakage of the control.
I have been to podiatrists, physios and doctors, and pain killers did not help. An ankle brace was suggested, costing $400, this did not assist in anyway except to cut up my joggers.
At this point I would recommend the PainPod.”

In regards to our ads, I do not believe we have much control over who they are show to, as it is the platforms themselves (Meta and Google) who place the ads in front of people who they believe the ads will be most relevant to. We will check with our agency if there is a way to stop you seeing them, however if they are not our ads being shown, it will likely just be a similar but different companies ad you will see.
We will let you know when we hear back from them if there is any kind of action you can take to reduce this.

There are factors which determine how long the pads should last for.
Skin type plays a huge part in how long the pads last, if you have mediterranean skin the pads won't last very long due to the excess oils present on the skin and the other major factor is caring for the pads will help to make them last longer.
We have a product called Conductor Gel which you would apply to the pads to give them a bit more life as we do understand that the pads won't stay sticky forever.
In addition to the Conductor Gel we have created a whole range of wearable accessories which eliminate the use of the pads as the pads are the consumable part of the equation.
