“Impossible to contact this company, communication is terrible and I guess they simply don’t care, take it or leave it. If you have any questions or problems with your order it’s like trying to speak with eBay. I can’t understand why these companies that choose e-commerce can’t communicate digitally! Ever Q I have put to PST goes un answered. I have to say I have had equipment delivered in a good time frame for a good price but not had a good communication. Currently trying to order filters but web shop is malfunctioning.”

“Unfortunately my experience so far has been a disaster. Not necessarily the direct fault of Paint Spray Tools but more on the side of Aristospray. I ordered the QT190 but the QP019 was delivered instead. and I had paid extra for the DHL express delivery which wasn’t cheap. Then DHL picked up the QP019 but the replacement was only delivered by TNT and took another 3 odd days to arrive, this all led to me losing a week to work on a job. Then when the QT190 finally arrived, it was the wrong voltage ! 110v not 240v ! So DHL had to redeliver a 240v machine which was another few days and then this was delivered with the toolkit missing which I had to take out of the 110v box before DHL took it away ! So I lost over a week of work, I still don’t have all the bits promised and it’s left me rather disappointed overall ... Paint Spray were very apologetic and offered a voucher on my next purchase but I’m still annoyed over the whole experience.”
