“I've placed and order at the end of December and 2 months later I didn't received anything. In the tracking system it's in status RETURNED. When I requested an explanation on the 26 January, they replied only on 3rd February that the shipping address is incorrect, even though it had all the info. Since that email reply I got on 3rd February, I've sent a dozen of emails to get my money back and no reply.

I did reach out to customer service and they assured me that it was shipped and on its way. When I tried to get an update on a delivery date, the automated email continues to say the same thing as when I placed my order. Do not waste your time or money with this company!”
“Love this website! The paintings are always really good quality, the diamonds come in ziplock bags so are easy to decant into pots and you don't get multiple bags for one colour. The paper on top is precut and you get a more than enough wax and diamonds to do a canvas easily. Postage is speedy to the UK especially considering the pandemic too. I've done three or four from Paint with Diamonds now, both custom and normal and the colours are vivid and the picture is detailed even in the smaller sizes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!”
