“My first time doing a PWD and I love it. All my pictures came out wonderful. I also ordered my mom a couple of PWD pictures for her to try. The only negative things is that they do take a while for then to arrive and if your missing some colors it takes forever to get the missing packs. I’ve also noticed if you order them from a different company they are not the same or as good as the ones from Paintingwithdiamonds.com. I bought one from a different company and I hated everything about it. So until I get my missing color pack & some kind of return answer from all the emails I’ve sent to PWD customer service, I’ll only be giving PWD a 3 star rating. Other than that give it a try & remember the picture are sized in centimeters not inches. I made that mistake the first time I ordered.”

“It is a beautiful work of art. I thought it was going to be a larger print but it is lovely. The only thing that I did not like was the folds that I can't get out. It was folded in the envelope and I could not get the folds out and the diamonds won't lay flat and pop out when moved. I don't know if framing will help or not. We will see.”
“This is the most beautiful "art". But I put the "diamonds" on a scrap of fabric in a plastic lid with sides. I couldn't use that little plastic tray. If I happen to bump it even a tiny bit, they jumbled around & I would have to redo them turning them all pointy side up again. I use the point of a Zacto knife to turn them over. Works great. That was frustrating but the problem went away using that scrap of fabric to keep them in place. Well worth the wait.”

“I bought three kits from this company. The one kit my daughter did came out beautiful, I bought a teapot kit and around the vase and teapot was terrible. The color wasn't right and you could not tell what these were. I emailed two pictures and a complaint and was totally ignored. I have been afraid to start the third kit and my daughter wanted more kits so we bought from a different company. Buyer beware, you are taking a chance.”
