After complaining through PayPal, Cory, from Paint with Diamonds offered me a 50% refund for my inconvenience.
But wait! I still haven't gotten the order!!!
Why should they still get $45 out of the $90 I spent when I've gotten NO MERCHANDISE???
I deserve a FULL REFUND!

“I order a couple of paint with diamond in April 2020 and I have yet to recieve my merchandise, I've sent several email concerning my order only to be told about Covid 19 was the hold up, I have never recieved a tracking number or anything concerning my order.... my question your company will I ever get my order or can i get a refund? is your company just a scam???... thanks for your time and consideration on this matter

“If I could leave negative stars, I would. It took 3 months for my kit to come. When it finally came, I didn’t have enough of one of the colors so I figured I’d try the “oh sh*t insurance”. I submitted my order 2 WEEKS AGO and it STILL hasn’t shipped... And when it finally does, it’ll be another 3 months. For one lousy bag of beads. I ended up buying replacements elsewhere. Will never buy from here again!!”
“All the positive reviews on here have to be fake. I placed my order on April 18, it is June 28 and I still dont have it. I have also been told they cannot refund my money because it has already shipped. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and their response was that my item shipped on March 22. Interesting since that is 3 weeks before I ordered it. They lied on their website and said everything shipped from the US. They are extremely dishonest. Get your diamond paintings from Amazon, they actually care about customers.”
“I have tried several different diamond painting company's and I always come back to PWD! I love how close their diamonds are compared to other company's. The price isn't bad either.. Just remember if you do custom paintings the bigger the painting the better it will turn out. Here are a few I've done. The huskies are my fur babies.”

Ordered mid April and it's now the end of June. I haven't received it yet and getting the run-around from the company. They said they can't refund the money once the item has been sent which is BS. They say it's in the US and will still take 2-3 weeks to get here. I've ordered many other items from China during the pandemic and received in two or fewer weeks.”
“Don't buy anything from this company it is a scam and the product is very cheap! I ordered 3 paintings March 13 and just got the yesterday (June 25) ! The drills are not sparkly (which I thought was the point) the paintings themselves are tiny can barely see the numbers (on the website it says the picture is much bigger) There is an absurd amount of wrapping on each it (yes EACH item is wrapped) I ordered a3 paintings that if I taped them together might come close to the size the advertise one picture being! And the price!!! OMG for the price I thought They would at least be like the one I got from Romwe (for 5) but no that's too much to ask! My advice don't walk away from Paint with Diamonds...RUN!!!!”
