“Placed order on April 9, 2020. Shipped from China on April 27th. It is now June 25th and I still have not received my order. Tracking says it left China on May 18th and that was the last update. Feel like I wasted $33 that I will never get back. Their response was that they cannot issue refunds once order was shipped and because of the pandemic, shipping is taking longer. Lies. They just want to steal your money. Never order from this company! Had I known they were shipping from China, I never would have placed an order in the first place.”
“Terrible. I ordered in mid-May and nada. I have gotten timely responses from customer service but I’ve been issued a fake tracking number and they keep saying it’s basically sitting in a post office waiting to be scanned. I have also ordered and gotten packages from straight up China and they came in a week. A literal week. From China. I’m disputing with amazon because I used Amazon pay. Hopefully I’ll win because this is absurd.”
“Do not order from this company. I placed my on order on April 10 the only thing my Granddaughter wanted for her birthday. It is now June 27 I have emailed them and I have tried to call them with no response what so ever. This is not a legitimate company so far as I considered. I wasted 50 dollars that I can't afford to throw away”

“Do not order from this company! We ordered 3 diamond paintings and 2 pens. The original order was returned from customs. We contacted the company and eventually they "supposedly" sent the order again. After 3 months, we have received 2 of the paintings, nothing else. We have contacted the company including Corey, the president, several times and we have yet to get this resolved. We receive your standard basic email with very little explanation. We are in the process of disputing the charges. We have ordered from several companies and never experienced such a lack of customer service or inability to provide the items that were paid for. Please don't waste your time or money - you will just be out both.”
“I ordered back in Mid-March. It is June 23 - no package. Tracking is a joke. It ALWAYS says “in transit”. “Corey” sends a generic email when you ask questions. I’m in the process of disputing the charges to my card. I understand that COVID slowed things down, but I’ve gotten packages from China within a week since this COVID outbreak. I don’t buy their excuse and I won’t buy their products again.”
