“Today I placed my second order. I ordered last Fall (2019) for both birthday and Holiday gifts. I received my order in a timely fashion and was very happy. I am loving the sales right now, and they were very up front with the order about the delay in shipping at this point in time. I really don't understand the comments below being upset with long shipping time. This is not an essential item, and we have very limited mail from China with limited flights.”

“I have been waiting for an order since November! Have requested a refund a number of times but they ignore it. Apparently they have resent my order “express” but it’s been over a month since then and still nothing!
I will say that I did receive one of them that I ordered (it took over two months to come) and it was great except everything was scrunched unto the package and wrinkled.
Do not recommend buying from Thai company. Get them elsewhere”
“Going through paypal resolution process the company has not been anything but unapologetic and absolutely unprofessional in their actions. Unless you read Chinese you won't be able to read the tracking information. And they lie. This is my opinion”
“I ordered 5 of the 5D paintings in January of 2020. I have not yet received them. I have called and have to leave message. I have emailed multiple times. Still not tracking number and still not response from the messages I have left. My credit card has already been charged yet not products. I will not ever recommend this to others and I will never order again. Vary frustrating and disappointing.”
